
This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering against the HR Systems Roadmap. This individual is specifically responsible for the continued KRONOS HRIS deployment, data administration, controls and processes in addition to managing HRIS support, integration and people/projects/initiatives. Coordinates with all functional areas within HR to assure that technology related needs have been adequately addressed.
� Point of contact at the entity(s) for resolution of issues and for escalation of support issues and project planning and prioritizing work requests and projects.
� Collaborate with business process owners to identify opportunities; define business requirements, and design and implement solutions designed to maximize efficiency and productivity.
� Design, develop, implement, maintain and update HR systems/programs/reports to optimize the system value
� Serve as the project manager for all HRIS system projects and initiatives. Maintain budgets, timelines and quality of each program.
� Evaluate HR processes and recommend automated solutions to improve efficiency
� Ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities
� Manage HRIS related control items by working with IS, HR, Benefits and Payroll clients on requirements, development and testing
� Manage all related tables (HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc)
� Serve as the liaison for all internal customers� requests including writing queries to retrieve data for Accounting, Benefits, Labor Relations and the Executive Team
� Design materials and potentially lead training for End Users
� Supervise team members to ensure achievement of goals and objectives
� Serve as an escalation point for all system related processes and procedures
Knowledge and Experience:
� Four year college degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related field.
� 7 � 10 years of HR Systems Experience
� Strong understanding of Systems and Technologies
� Strong Business Analysis skills, ability to understand the entire process and convert into systems requirements.
� A proven track record of implementing and managing various HR Systems and Tools.
� Proven Project Management skills
� Must have the ability to actively participate and interact with senior management and physicians; manage projects; prioritize own workflow and work related to the site/entity
� Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff
� Ability to plan, develop and operate within a budget.
� Must also have knowledge and expertise in the software development life cycle with a focus on the HR product/process landscape.
